Peddlers Alley is a locally owned small business. We are not a chain, franchise, or corporate conglomerate. As such, we do not have the buying power of the mass merchants, so sometimes our prices may be a little higher or we may not be able to purchase in large enough quantities to get some products. We pride ourselves on purchasing our products from other hard working local business owners. By shopping here, you are helping us keep dozens of local friends and families employed. You are also contributing to the local economy. We pay local taxes and support local churches and charities. We thank you for your continued patronage at Peddlers Alley!
Purchases are eligible for exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase with original - valid register receipt.
Seasonal items, balloon weights, clearance and discontinued items, used and open merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless defective. Bargain Boutique items cannot be returned.
Store credit and cash refunds not available. Items are exchanged dollar for dollar. Items must be in their original packaging with the Peddlers Alley price sticker attached. ALL refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of the manager on duty (MOD).
Balloons must be paid for prior to being inflated. YOU MUST HAVE A YELLOW BALLOON ORDER FORM STAMPED PAID in order to pick up a balloon order. We will inflate balloons from other sources at our discretion. We are not responsible for damages to balloons purchased from other sources. See MOD for cost. We will not put balloons in plastic bags and we do not recommend doing so. We do not recommend tying balloons to weights until they have reached their destination.
